Originally from London, my love for baking was nurtured by my grandmother from a young age. After completing an apprenticeship at Mr. Michael Patisserie in Essex, I embraced my passion for travel, merging my experiences from around the world.

 

For 20 years, I lived and worked in the Caribbean, managing various bakeries and gaining diverse baking knowledge. After marrying my wonderful wife Laura, we moved to France to raise our family, finding the ideal environment for a baker in a country famous for its exquisite pastries and breads.

 

Between 2020 and 2025, we operated Le Café Civray, where I provided the community with my English bakery delights.
